Holon operates on a living target system. Code is compiled into the target and can be tested immediately in its real environment. The host controls the target via a tiny remote monitor. A blinking dot at the lower right corner indicates that the target is online.  -- Next

• The monitor is bootloaded into the 68HC11.
• Use a prototype target system until the final hardware is available.
• As soon as you are online, you can control the target system even without loading code.
  You can write and read the internal registers and thus control the hardware.
